Submit Level Walker report by one of the following methods:
1. Save report as word, text, pages, acrobat or other text file and submit as attachment by e-mail to email@example.com.
2. Cut and paste report into the body of an email and submit to same email address.
3. Print form and submit by mail to Steve Dean, P.O. Box 132, Saint Leonard MD 20685-0132.
Report trash pick-up or non-emergency/non-obstructive maintenance issues to the Level Walker chair by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by voice or text message to (301) 904-9068.
Report maintenance issues matters needing immediate attention to 301-714-2201 or send an email to CHOH_Hazards@nps.gov Please also inform the Level Walker chair.
Report life-threatening or crime-related emergencies to the parks toll-free emergency number 866-677-6677 or 911. Do not confront persons who are possibly violating NPS policies or other laws; contact the emergency number as soon as possible.
