The 2024 C&O Canal Association annual meeting will be held on Saturday, March 23 at the Upper Montgomery Volunteer Fire Department, 19801 Beallsville Road, Beallsville, MD.

The meeting will be for the purpose of electing officers for 2023, electing a nominating committee for 2023, receiving reports of officers and committees, and any other business that may properly come before the board. The schedule of events is:

• 11:30 a.m., Meet the candidates (You can order lunch.)
• 1 p.m. Annual meeting
• 3:30 p.m. Happy hour
• 4:30 p.m. Dinner

Lunch and Dinner Reservations (advance payment required)

• $10 per person for lunch (pulled pork or tuna salad sandwiches, chips, drink)
• $30 per person for happy hour and dinner (buffet with roast turkey or vegetable lasagna,
  salad, parsley potatoes, mixed vegetables, dessert)

Participation in the happy hour requires a paid dinner reservation.
